Our community breathwork is fully guided, beginner-friendly, and easy to follow. Just relax and breathe

We often start with soft, conscious movement (inspired by yoga and Qi Gong) to shake off tension and ground yourself.

💬 A Moment to Connect

Each session has a theme, and we take a few minutes for a light check-in —no pressure, just a chance to arrive and feel supported.

🌬 Guided Breathwork Journey

✔️ Simple introduction so you feel confident and can dive right in.
✔️ 30 minutes of rhythmic, conscious breathing to soften any tension in the body and open to ease & lightness
✔️ 10 minutes of stillness & relaxation to integrate the experience

Closing & Reflection
We end with gentle integration and optional sharing. Most people leave feeling lighter, clearer, and deeply relaxed.
