Whether in France, Europe, or the United States, I’ve had the profound privilege of guiding others on their journeys.

The days blur, screens demand our attention, and it's easy to forget that we are living, breathing beings—not just a mind racing through to-do lists, carrying the weight of others’ well-being, and feeling the constant pressure to always be “on.”
There was a time when life felt simpler, before the digital flood and constant cultural shifts.
And even when our inner wisdom whispers, "Slow down. Take care of yourself. Connect."—we often do the opposite, distracting ourselves— with the phone, a snack or a work email.
We fill the space, avoiding the stillness that might actually bring us back home to ourselves.

My most profound healing has happened in group spaces where we can laugh, cry, fart, and simply be human together. It’s a rare gift these days, but wow, does it feel good.

There’s nothing like freshly prepared meals made with local ingredients to nourish both an open belly and an open mind.
All meals are included, but in the spirit of tradition, we invite everyone to bring a dish for a shared potluck on the first night.
