Group sessions online

Try breathwork for free!

Ever wish you could fly? Me too!

The closest I’ve ever come is during the peak of a breathwork session when my whole body feels light & free, ready to break through the “normal” weight of living.

How the heck do you do that? Well, beyond a specific technique, it often takes a special space and a beautiful group to help you feel safe enough to open up and really dive in.

And that’s what I love - special groups of people in special places. Every summer I host retreats <link to come> both in France and in the US and special they are!

And for the US, since I don’t live there actively, I like to be able to give folks a “taste” of what breathwork can feel like, especially how diving in even deeper at a retreat can be powerful.

“Brad is an exceptional breathwork coach who brought a sense of strength and calm to my breathwork session allowing me to fully surrender into the process.

His guidance was effortless and intuitive, his presence fully on me and my experience, which together resulted in a feeling of completion, a breakthrough and deep feelings of lightness and joy.“

-Pete Craig, Coach

“I’m lucky to have worked with Brad in breathwork sessions, where I not only got to grow as a person but also I got to learn from his way of guiding the sessions. Also, the ‘Parts work’ we’ve done has been extremely deep and helpful to understand myself; it’s very vulnerable work and I always felt extremely safe.

I appreciate how Brad is able to listen to what I’m saying but also to what I’m not saying, which is an extremely important skill to have if you’re guiding someone in such sensitive processes. He has been a huge part of my journey towards self-acknowledgement. He opened the door and invited me to be compassionate and softer with myself. I’ll always be grateful to him for that!”
