And it just doesn’t make sense!  We used to be happier. 

We have so much to be grateful for, and yet many days we can’t find the energy to take care of ourselves after giving so much to work, family and friends.

I had tried everything—yoga, meditation, diets, exercise, therapy, both Western and Eastern medicine. I even changed jobs, homes, countries, relationships… Some of it helped, but deep down, something still felt off.

After years of self-exploration I found something that truly made a difference—breathwork. Especially in a retreat setting, it became the most powerful, immediate way to quiet the noise, reconnect with my heart, and finally hear what truly matters.
